Chris Miller

Chris has specialised in family law since qualifying as a solicitor in 1990. He is experienced in divorce, finance and cohabitation cases involving numerous joint properties, pensions, businesses and complex finances.

Chris has particular expertise in dealing with cases involving unmarried partners with joint properties. He is an accredited specialist in complex finances and unmarried partner cohabitation cases.

Chris was the Managing Partner of Barcan+Kirby from 2012 to 2017. He is a committed member of Resolution and an accredited Law Society Family Law Panel specialist. Chris is also a qualified collaborative family lawyer and is cited as a ‘Key Lawyer’ in Legal 500 UK 2023.
