Barcan+Kirby welcomes four new Trainee Solicitors
We’re pleased to announce that we welcomed four new Trainee Solicitors to the Barcan+Kirby team in September 2023. Aishah, Clare, Harvey and Jamie will be taking their seats in various departments and offices over the next two years. We can’t wait to follow their journey and see how they progress.
We spoke to the Trainee solicitors to find out why they chose Barcan+Kirby and what they’re most looking forward to during their contracts.
Why our Trainees chose Barcan+Kirby
Aishah, “I applied to the firm because I appreciate its unique approach to high street practice with a full-service and friendly approach. I chose to work for the firm after the many recommendations made for the training programme. Here at Barcan+Kirby, there are endless opportunities to grow with tailored support and careful consideration of individual needs. I am surrounded by experienced professionals in their specialities and am learning so much every day! I am excited to continue developing the key qualities of being a successful solicitor in achieving the best outcome for our clients and upholding the reputation of the firm. In my role I feel encouraged, cared for and appreciated which makes for an incredible environment to learn and work in.”
Clare, “I applied to Barcan+Kirby because of their commitment to being a diverse, inclusive, encouraging, and supportive firm. I wanted to have a varied and well-rounded experience learning from solicitors who are experts in their field and recognised by the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. I have been given practical experience from day one and the culture of the firm makes it easy to ask questions and get involved in a wide range of projects.”
