We’ve made a £8,599 donation to Macmillan
At Barcan+Kirby we’re proud of the support we give to charitable causes, both local and national. This year, our chosen charity is Macmillan Cancer Support, and we’re delighted that we’ve just been able to hand them £8,599.28.
The money will help Macmillan fund support centres, advice and services for people living with cancer and their families.
Ceris Bradley, Fundraising Manager at Macmillan, commented:
“We are delighted to be working with Barcan+Kirby and what a fantastic way to start the year with a huge donation! Thank you so much, this will make such a difference to people affected by cancer in Bristol and will really help us to ensure we are providing the right support for people who need us. We look forward to working with all of you during 2016.”
Samantha Castle, Senior Associate Solicitor at Barcan+Kirby, added:
“We are over the moon to be able to donate such an amount to our chosen charity to enable them to continue their fantastic work in the local area. We are continuing to think up new fundraising ideas for the year ahead and hope all our staff and clients will help us raise even more money in 2016.”
