It’s been just over a year since we became Barcan+Kirby and in that time we’ve gone from strength to strength.
Your perception of us and our service is important to us. We value all client feedback and are committed to using it to continually improve the service that we provide to our clients.
Since our merger in April 2015, we’ve received over 950 completed client feedback forms, the vast majority of which are resoundingly positive. To mark our first year anniversary, we’re proud to share some of our recent feedback here.
96% of clients were satisfied with the service they received from us (89% were ‘very satisfied’) – with the same proportion saying they would use us again or recommend us to a friend.
In addition, 9 out of 10 clients gave their solicitor the very top satisfaction score available – for a firm of over 140 staff, this reflects brilliantly on the level of personal service we provide.
You also told us that:
- 92% were ‘very’ or ‘fairly’ satisfied that we met agreed timescales
- 98% were ‘very’ or ‘fairly’ satisfied with how we treated you
- 97% were ‘very’ or ‘fairly’ satisfied with our knowledge and expertise
When it came to transparency of our fees, 94% of you were ‘very’ or ‘fairly satisfied’ that we outlined the cost of your legal advice at the start of the process, whilst 90% felt that we delivered value for money.
