I was given plenty of training and my managers and the senior members of the Reception team were always available for help and support if needed. The progressive culture is also shown in their charity work, dementia training and promotion of equality be it gender, race or religion. I joined the firm after a few years’ work gap which allowed me to gain experience and confidence.”

The firm is agile and able to make decisions quickly, and I benefited from working with members of the Board to bring forward some of the new initiatives I had. It was great to see how the Commercial Property team developed over this time and which I’m sure was, in no small part, based on a really strong team spirit!
