Comprehensive support and training
Our innovative Associates Academy was established to help ambitious staff develop the skills they need to become leaders of the business, such as future Partners or departmental managers.
Through the Academy, we hold regular meetings for our Associates to come together and share ideas. We work openly and collaboratively on a range of projects aimed at forming future strategies and working practices for the firm.
We also run comprehensive training sessions for our members, incorporating manager training modules including leading and managing people, operational management, decision making and self-awareness. All of this is provided with support and feedback from an allocated mentor.
The level of responsibility given to our Associates is high but we’ll also give you the tools, opportunities and autonomy you need to deliver, as well as the encouragement you need to progress.
