Joelle Allen

Joelle specialises in the preparation of Wills, administering deceased estates, preparation and registration of General, Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney, inheritance tax planning and Court of Protection applications. She qualified in 2002.

In addition to being an Associate, Joelle is the Team Leader for our Private Client team in Kingswood. She also heads up the Wills team and is responsible for their training and development.

Joelle is a member of the Law Society Private Client Section and is also a member of special interest groups for the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners for Wills, estate administration and mental capacity.
