Lisa Ceo

Lisa joined us as a receptionist in 2013, progressing to Team Leader in the Client Relationship Team.

She is the first point of contact for incoming new enquiries for family matters, divorce and separation (including mediation), Wills and litigation. Her role is to assess eligibility for legal assistance and explain the initial process for new clients, ensuring all internal security processes are adhered to and clients’ expectations are managed.

Lisa has over 30 years’ experience working in a customer service environment and finds interacting with clients very rewarding.
