Firm achieves 98% client satisfaction rating in 2012
Throughout 2012, we received 96 completed feedback forms and we’re delighted with what you’ve told us. As well as achieving an overall client satisfaction rating of 98% (for which you were ‘very satisfied’ or ‘fairly satisfied’), you told us that:
– 90% of you were ‘very satisfied’ with your legal representation
– 92% of you were ‘very satisfied’ with our treatment of you as a client
– 90% of you were ‘very satisfied’ with our level of knowledge and expertise
It’s no secret that predicting the cost of legal advice can be difficult, but when it came to transparency of fees, 93% of you were ‘very satisfied’ or ‘fairly satisfied’ that we outlined our costs to you at the start of the process.
89% of you also told us you were ‘very’ or ‘fairly satisfied’ that we delivered value for money.
Overall, 98% of all respondents would recommend us to others and 96% would use us again.
