Matthew Martin appointed to firm’s commercial team
We’re pleased to announce that Matthew Martin has joined the firm in the role of solicitor, to be based across our commercial and residential conveyancing teams in Bristol.
Matthew specialises in commercial and residential property matters, with particular expertise in land transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, mixed-use developments, remortgaging and secured lending, SIPP and SSAS transactions, and landlord and tenant matters.
He has experience of dealing with company, business and partnership transactions, such as distribution and franchise agreements, agency agreements and terms & conditions.
Matthew’s knowledge also extends to charity law, having previously worked on set-ups and dissolutions of incorporated and unincorporated charities.
Andrew Dobie, head of the non-contentious team, said of the appointment:
“Matthew brings practical knowledge and strong commercial insight to this role and we’re really pleased to welcome him onto the team.
His appointment reflects our commitment to developing our commercial presence in the south west and I’m certain that his experience will prove to be an asset to the firm, as well as the department.”
