There is a vacancy in our North Street office for a full-time receptionist and administrator.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Meeting and greeting clients as they come into the office
- Answering over-the-phone queries
- Administrative duties such as banking, post and photocopying client documents
- Maintaining a well-presented ‘front of house’ and ensuring that reception runs smoothly
