Naomi O’Brien

Naomi is a Senior Associate in the New Build and Commercial Property team at Barcan+Kirby. She joined the firm in 2017 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2019. She was promoted to Associate in April 2022 and then Senior Associate in April 2023. 

Naomi specialises in both commercial and new build property, and works mainly with developers and purchasers of new build property. She has built up a good relationship with local developers and agents and receives regular recommendations from the same.

Her caseload includes a variety of transactions including new build purchases and sales, First Homes Scheme, shared ownership, site acquisition, development refinance, flat conversions and HMOs.

Naomi’s main interest is in land and development, and she has successfully completed some high-value purchase and refinance matters. She is also working hard to expand on this area within the firm whilst maintaining her relationships and workload on the plot purchase side.

Qualifications 

  • Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx)
  • Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School, Bristol
  • Law (LL.B.) from the University of South Wales

Hourly rate

  • £220 plus VAT (for residential work only)
